Our Commitment to Equity and Quality

We believe access to high-speed Internet infrastructure—referred to generically as broadband—is a 21st Century civil right for the residents of the San Joaquin Valley.  Our commitment will be to the unserved and underserved communities focusing on equitable access, digital literacy, and affordability to technological opportunities.  Working with community groups, technology providers, state and local agencies, businesses, and educational institutions, the SJVRBC will partner with all sincere and committed stakeholders to bring broadband ubiquitous deployment and universal adoption to the San Joaquin Valley.  We are committed to achieving a region where the Digital Divide no longer exists, and communities thrive.
